This is your fitness and well-being programme to stay fit and become strong physically and mentally in pregnancy, while preparing for an empowering birth and life beyond. Become fitter and healthier than before pregnancy, while building strength and stamina, through nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental exercises. Take care of Mama and Baby!

in Postpartum

In this programme you will learn what exercises can be done as early as week 1 postpartum, to slowly start rebuilding your body, what to eat to nourish your postpartum body and soul to have the right amount of energy for yourself and your newborn. You will learn how to best take care of your newborn and be sure to also focus on yourself.
